1"Bhikkhus, for direct knowledge of lust, five things are to be developed. What five? The perception of unattractiveness, the perception of death, the perception of danger, the perception of the repulsiveness of food, and the perception of non-delight in the entire world. For direct knowledge of lust, these five things are to be developed."
