1"Bhikkhus, for direct knowledge of lust, six things are to be developed. What six? Recollection of the Buddha, recollection of the Dhamma, recollection of the Saṅgha, recollection of virtuous behavior, recollection of generosity, and recollection of the deities. For direct knowledge of lust, these six things are to be developed."

1"Rāgassa, bhikkhave, abhiññāya cha dhammā bhāvetabbā. Katame cha? Buddhānussati, dhammānussati, saṅghānussati, sīlānussati, cāgānussati, devatānussati. Rāgassa, bhikkhave, abhiññāya ime cha dhammā bhāvetabbā"ti.
