6.1 (一)
"Among my disciples, the first to hear the Dharma medicine and attain the realization of the noble ones, the three fruits, are the merchants. The one with the foremost wisdom is the elder Jīvaka. The one with the foremost spiritual power is the elder Kanthaka. The one who subdued non-Buddhist teachings is the elder Jyotiska. The one who can expound the profound Dharma is the elder Upagupta. The one who always sits in meditation is the elder Hārītī. The one who subdued the demon palace is the elder Vīradatta. The one with abundant merit and virtue is the elder Jālinīprabha. The one who is the foremost patron is the elder Anāthapiṇḍada.
