It’s quite impossible to reject this Dhamma footprint of right immersion, and point out a true ascetic or brahmin who is scattered, with straying mind.  
Sammāsamādhiñce bhavaṁ dhammapadaṁ garahati paṭikkosati, ye ca hi asamāhitā vibbhantacittā samaṇabrāhmaṇā te bhoto pujjā te bhoto pāsaṁsā.  
If you reject the Dhamma footprint of right immersion, you must honor and praise those ascetics and brahmins who are scattered, with straying minds.

They do not guard their sense doors or eat in moderation, and they are not dedicated to wakefulness. They don’t care about the ascetic life, and don’t keenly respect the training. They’re indulgent and slack, leaders in backsliding, neglecting seclusion, lazy, and lacking energy. They’re unmindful, lacking situational awareness and immersion, with straying minds, witless and stupid. When I speak to them like this, they don’t respectfully take it up.

Yampidaṁ atītānāgatapaccuppannānaṁ kammasamādānānaṁ ṭhānaso hetuso vipākaṁ yathābhūtaṁ ñāṇaṁ tampi samāhitassa vadāmi no asamāhitassa.  
And true knowledge of the result of deeds undertaken in the past, future, and present in terms of grounds and causes is for those with immersion, not for those without immersion.  
Yampidaṁ jhānavimokkhasamādhisamāpattīnaṁ saṅkilesaṁ vodānaṁ vuṭṭhānaṁ yathābhūtaṁ ñāṇaṁ tampi samāhitassa vadāmi no asamāhitassa.  
And true knowledge of corruption, cleansing, and emergence regarding the absorptions, liberations, immersions, and attainments is for those with immersion, not for those without immersion.  
Yampidaṁ pubbenivāsānussatiṁ yathābhūtaṁ ñāṇaṁ tampi samāhitassa vadāmi no asamāhitassa.  
And true knowledge of the recollection of past lives is for those with immersion, not for those without immersion.  
Yampidaṁ sattānaṁ cutūpapātaṁ yathābhūtaṁ ñāṇaṁ tampi samāhitassa vadāmi no asamāhitassa.  
And true knowledge of the passing away and rebirth of sentient beings is for those with immersion, not for those without immersion.

Достопочтенный Сарипутта своей беседой по Дхамме выправляет их изъяны, как если бы он знал мой ум своим умом!  
In the same way, there are those faithless people who went forth from the lay life to homelessness not out of faith but to earn a livelihood. They’re devious, deceitful, and sneaky. They’re restless, insolent, fickle, scurrilous, and loose-tongued. They do not guard their sense doors or eat in moderation, and they are not dedicated to wakefulness. They don’t care about the ascetic life, and don’t keenly respect the training. They’re indulgent and slack, leaders in backsliding, neglecting seclusion, lazy, and lacking energy. They’re unmindful, lacking situational awareness and immersion, with straying minds, witless and stupid. Venerable Sāriputta planes their faults with this exposition of the teaching as if he knows my heart with his heart!
