“Yā pana bhikkhuniyo dve ekattharaṇapāvuraṇā tuvaṭṭeyyuṁ, pācittiyan”ti.  ‘If two nuns lie down on the same sheet and under the same cover, they commit an offense entailing confession.’”

“kathañhi nāma bhikkhuniyo nāgaccheyyun”ti, bhikkhuniyo upasaṅkamitvā etadavoca—  “What can I do so that other nuns don’t come?” And she went up to other nuns and said, 
“kathaṁ bhikkhuniyo nāgaccheyyun”ti bhikkhunīnaṁ santike kulassa avaṇṇaṁ bhāsati, āpatti pācittiyassa. 
if she thinks, “What can I do so that other nuns don’t come?” and she then speaks disparagingly about that family to the nuns, she commits an offense entailing confession. 

Paṭicchanne okāse nikūṭe sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā āsanaṁ paññapesi, yathā therā bhikkhuniyo jāneyyuṁ—“navakānaṁ bhikkhunīnaṁ santike nisinnā”ti; navakāpi bhikkhuniyo jāneyyuṁ—“therānaṁ bhikkhunīnaṁ santike nisinnā”ti.  He then placed Sundarīnandā’s seat in a concealed spot in a corner. In this way the senior nuns would think she was seated close to the junior ones and the junior nuns would think she was seated close to the senior ones. 

Evañca tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tatheva paggaṇheyyuṁ, tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṁ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya.  If those nuns still continue as before, the nuns should press them up to three times to make them stop. 
Yāvatatiyañce samanubhāsīyamānā taṁ paṭinissajjeyyuṁ, iccetaṁ kusalaṁ; 
If they then stop, all is well. 
no ce paṭinissajjeyyuṁ, imāpi bhikkhuniyo yāvatatiyakaṁ dhammaṁ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṁ saṅghādisesan”ti. 
If they do not stop, then after the third announcement those nuns too have committed an offense entailing sending away and suspension.’”

Chabbaggiyā bhikkhū uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya agamaṁsu.

“kathañhi nāma samaṇā sakyaputtiyā uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya āgacchissanti. 
“How can the Sakyan monastics go to see the army? 
“kathañhi nāma chabbaggiyā bhikkhū uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gacchissantī”ti …pe… 
“How could the monks from the group of six go to see the army?” … 
“saccaṁ kira tumhe, bhikkhave, uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gacchathā”ti? 
“Is it true, monks, that you did this?” 
kathañhi nāma tumhe, moghapurisā, uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gacchissatha. 
“Foolish men, how could you do this? 
“Yo pana bhikkhu uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gaccheyya, pācittiyan”ti. 
‘If a monk goes to see an army, he commits an offense entailing confession.’” 
Atha kho tassa bhikkhuno etadahosi—“bhagavatā sikkhāpadaṁ paññattaṁ—‘na uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gantabban’ti. 
Knowing that the Buddha had laid down a rule against going to see an army, that monk thought, 
“Yo pana bhikkhu uyyuttaṁ senaṁ dassanāya gaccheyya, aññatra tathārūpappaccayā, pācittiyan”ti. 
‘If a monk goes to see an army, except if there is a suitable reason, he commits an offense entailing confession.’”

If it is an army, and he perceives it as such, and he goes to see it, except if there is a suitable reason, he commits an offense entailing confession.

Further, he should be charged with deception: 
Tañce mohetukāmaṁ bhikkhuṁ aññe bhikkhū jāneyyuṁ nisinnapubbaṁ iminā bhikkhunā dvattikkhattuṁ pātimokkhe uddissamāne, ko pana vādo bhiyyo, na ca tassa bhikkhuno aññāṇakena mutti atthi, yañca tattha āpattiṁ āpanno, tañca yathādhammo kāretabbo, uttari cassa moho āropetabbo. 
If other monks know that the monk who wants to deceive has previously sat through at least two or three recitations of the Monastic Code, then that monk is not let off because of ignorance, and he is to be dealt with according to the rule. Further, he should be charged with deception.
