Thus have I heard: | |
At that time, many bhikṣus went to where Aniruddha was, inquired about his well-being, and sat to one side. They asked Venerable Aniruddha, "Are you living in peace and happiness?" |
Aniruddha said, "I am living in peace and happiness, and the physical pain has gradually subsided." | |
The bhikṣus asked Venerable Aniruddha, "What kind of dwelling do you stay in that you can be at ease and free from physical pain?" | |
Venerable Aniruddha said, "I dwell in the four foundations of mindfulness, and my physical pain gradually becomes at ease. What are the four? They are mindfulness of the body internally, mindfulness of the body externally, mindfulness of the body internally and externally, mindfulness of the body in the present, mindfulness of the body in the past, mindfulness of the body in the future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, mindfulness of the body in the past and future, | 尊者阿那律言:「住四念处,身诸苦痛渐得安隐。 |
At that time, the noble ones had finished discussing and were delighted. They each rose from their seats and departed. | |
