“Ekapuggalassa, bhikkhave, pātubhāvā mahato cakkhussa pātubhāvo hoti, mahato ālokassa pātubhāvo hoti, mahato obhāsassa pātubhāvo hoti, channaṁ anuttariyānaṁ pātubhāvo hoti, catunnaṁ paṭisambhidānaṁ sacchikiriyā hoti, anekadhātupaṭivedho hoti, nānādhātupaṭivedho hoti, vijjāvimuttiphalasacchikiriyā hoti, sotāpattiphalasacchikiriyā hoti, sakadāgāmiphalasacchikiriyā hoti, anāgāmiphalasacchikiriyā hoti, arahattaphalasacchikiriyā hoti.   “With the appearance of one person, mendicants, there is the appearance of a great eye, a great light, a great radiance, and the six unsurpassable things; the realization of the four kinds of textual analysis; the penetration of many and diverse elements; the realization of the fruit of knowledge and freedom; the realization of the fruits of stream-entry, once-return, non-return, and perfection.

“Ekadhamme, bhikkhave, bhāvite bahulīkate anekadhātupaṭivedho hoti … nānādhātupaṭivedho hoti … anekadhātupaṭisambhidā hoti.   “When one thing is developed and cultivated there is the penetration of many elements … the penetration of diverse elements … the analysis of many elements.  
Imasmiṁ kho, bhikkhave, ekadhamme bhāvite bahulīkate anekadhātupaṭivedho hoti … nānādhātupaṭivedho hoti … anekadhātupaṭisambhidā hotī”ti.  
When this one thing is developed and cultivated there is the penetration of many elements … the penetration of diverse elements … the analysis of many elements.”  

Aṭṭhānametaṁ, bhikkhave, anavakāso yaṁ catūhi paṭisambhidāhi samannāgato atthato vā byañjanato vā pariyādānaṁ gaccheyyā”ti.   It is impossible, it cannot happen that someone accomplished in the four kinds of textual analysis will ever run out of meaningful things to say, or ways of phrasing things.”

Atthapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, dhammapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, niruttipaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, paṭibhānapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti,  
They have attained the textual analysis of meaning, text, terminology, and eloquence.  

Paṭisambhidā ca sīlena,   " 

Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu atthapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, dhammapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, niruttipaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, paṭibhānapaṭisambhidāpatto hoti, yathāvimuttaṁ cittaṁ paccavekkhati.   It’s when a mendicant has attained the textual analysis of meaning, text, terminology, and eloquence, and they review the extent of their mind’s freedom.  

Paṭhamapaṭisambhidāsutta   Textual Analysis (1st)  
“Sattahi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannāgato bhikkhu nacirasseva catasso paṭisambhidā sayaṁ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja vihareyya.  
“Mendicants, a mendicant with seven qualities will soon realize the four kinds of textual analysis and live having achieved them with their own insight.  
Imehi kho, bhikkhave, sattahi dhammehi samannāgato bhikkhu nacirasseva catasso paṭisambhidā sayaṁ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja vihareyyā”ti.  
A mendicant with these seven qualities will soon realize the four kinds of textual analysis and live having achieved them with their own insight.”

“Sattahi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannāgato sāriputto catasso paṭisambhidā sayaṁ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharati.  
“Mendicants, having seven qualities, Sāriputta realized the four kinds of textual analysis and lives having achieved them with his own insight.  
Imehi kho, bhikkhave, sattahi dhammehi samannāgato sāriputto catasso paṭisambhidā sayaṁ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharatī”ti.  
Having these seven qualities, Sāriputta realized the four kinds of textual analysis and lives having achieved them with his own insight.”
